Is your company licensed and/or insured?We are completely licensed and comply with all regulations that are necessary within each industry that we provide our services in. We are also fully insured and have 3rd party public liability cover. This means should anything go wrong with the property of the customers we deal with, the client can rest assured that our insurance will cover the claim.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on the work you do?Yes we do. It just depends on the work that is done. Some work we provide a 10 year guarantee, some work less, and some work does not come with a guarantee as it is not necessary. We also provide the customer with the product guarantees for the products we use. We only use high quality products to make sure we provide the customer with the best on the market.

How do you charge for projects? By the hour or per job?This depends on the type of service we offer the client. If we do project management, then we charge per week or per month depending on the project. But most work we charge per job

What kind of construction do you specialize in?We specialize in residential and commercial construction. This means that we are able to do any work from foundation to roof, for all residential and commercial work. Renovations, alterations, painting and waterproofing and all other facets of construction within these sectors.

Do you offer free in-person estimates?We do offer free in-person quotations, but we do not provide estimates, as these can cause future problems between us and our customers. So we provide free site inspections so that we can provide a quotation to our customers.

Do you have your own crew or do you hire subcontractors?95% of the work we do, we do with our own teams. We do however use subcontractors for some of the work we do, but we only use highly skilled subcontractors that we have done checks on and trust.
