Yes we do. It just depends on the work that is done. Some work we provide a 10 year guarantee, some work less, and some work does not come with a guarantee as it is not necessary. We also provide the customer with the product guarantees for the products we use. We only use high quality products to make sure we provide the customer with the best on the market.

This depends on the type of service we offer the client. If we do project management, then we charge per week or per month depending on the project. But most work we charge per job

We specialize in residential and commercial construction. This means that we are able to do any work from foundation to roof, for all residential and commercial work. Renovations, alterations, painting and waterproofing and all other facets of construction within these sectors.

We do offer free in-person quotations, but we do not provide estimates, as these can cause future problems between us and our customers. So we provide free site inspections so that we can provide a quotation to our customers.

95% of the work we do, we do with our own teams. We do however use subcontractors for some of the work we do, but we only use highly skilled subcontractors that we have done checks on and trust.
